Gary Selph
Founder / Chairman
A Georgia native, Gary began working in Commercial Renovation in the mid-1970s in Atlanta. He has 34 years of experience in the commercial renovation sector and seven years in the healthcare industry. Gary is the founder of Occupied Renovations, Inc., which was named one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing New Businesses in America.
Patrick Reardigan
CEO / President
Patrick (Pat) also grew up in Georgia. He has worked in commercial interior design for over 30 years. As the CEO and President of Occupied Renovations, Inc. and one of the original founders, Pat experiences his professional passion of delivering single-source accountability in the “occupied” workspace come to fruition every day.
John Crouch
Chief Operations Officer
John Crouch brings 20 years of Construction Management experience from an array of industry vantage points including Owner’s Representative, General Contractor (commercial), and Vendor Management. He graduated from The School Construction Management at the University of Florida. While at Interface John created a national painting program that coupled perfectly into Interface’s existing turnkey flooring installation offering. At Occupied Renovations, John uses that experience and knowledge to offer a single point of accountability from inception to completion in any project.
Brian Hays
Chief Strategy Officer
Brian started his career as Director of Global Accounts at Interface in 1997. Since then, he brings 25 years of experience in finding, negotiating and executing substantial turnkey flooring and paint projects across the company for Fortune 500 accounts. He graduated from the Harrison College of Pharmacy at Auburn University. While at Interface Brian created a national painting program that coupled perfectly into Interface’s existing turnkey flooring installation offering. At Occupied Renovations, Brian uses that experience and knowledge to offer a single point of accountability from inception to completion in any project.
Michael Ivey
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Ivey (Mike) has 25+ years experience in leading financial operations and strategy for multi-billion dollar organizations. Focus is on initiating strategies to reduce overall operating expenses and revitalizing organizational growth. Mike received a MS in Finance from Pace University (NY) in 2011 and received a BS in Finance from the University of Tampa (FL) in 2008.
Kristin Jackson
VP of Global Operations
Kristin is a Georgia native and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree Hospitality Management with a business minor. Kristin has worked for Occupied Renovations for nearly 10 years and has become an integral part of the innerworkings of the daily operations of Occupied Renovations. She believes that the people inside the company are what make Occupied Renovations so special and allow us to grow to new heights.
