Corporate Office Building

We designed a custom light fixture that spanned the entire lobby and 3-dimensional custom wall panels around existing elevator cabs. Building remained fully operational throughout the renovation.

The Artisan

In keeping with the building’s craftsman style architecture, custom-colored carpet and new wood floors were installed in all the main areas. Successfully completed with 24/7 residential occupancy.

1000 Windward

We modernized the lobby and common area with clean finishes and unique accents on walls and floors. The custom-designed light fixture completed the new look.
